FUNCTIONAL AREA: Restoration of all vacated apartments to ‘market-ready’ status DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Checks and repairs appliances Assists in changing or removing appliances from apartment Painting Repairs or replaces ceiling fans and non-carpeted flooring as necessary Trash out of apartments Assists in keeping grounds clean at all times Performs other maintenance duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one year of apartment maintenance, general labor, and/or skilled trade experience Must have own tools WE OFFER: Competitive Salary Medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401k with company match Career advancement opportunities Training Apartment discount *Providing excellent customer service to our residents is our priority.
